Foreman / Electrical leading hand / Site Supervisor – Electrical Infrastructure (ASP1 / Substation 132 kV+)

A specialist electrical infrastructure contractor is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on high-voltage projects, including ASP1 works or substations from 132 kV and up. You'll be key to delivering complex, high-profile builds while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency, with a competitive salary package and company vehicle provided.

This role is also open for a foreman / electrical leading hand looking to step up into a supervisor position

Base pay range

A$160,000.00/yr - A$190,000.00/yr

What you'll do
  • Lead on-site teams and subcontractors to deliver ASP1 and high-voltage substation milestones safely and on time
  • Coordinate daily activities, site logistics, and resources to maintain project efficiency
  • Monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, and keep works aligned with schedule and quality standards
  • Enforce strict safety protocols, lead toolbox talks, and contribute to SWMS and risk documentation
  • Collaborate with Project Engineers and Managers to address technical queries, variations, and unforeseen site conditions
What you'll bring
  • Proven track record supervising teams on ASP1 or high-voltage (132 kV+) substation projects
  • White Card, CPR and First Aid certifications
  • Strong knowledge of safety and risk management principles
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
