Job Description

Clean Vibes Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our established operations team in Melton, VIC 3337. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a meticulous professional to contribute to our growing organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating contract-related processes, managing critical documentation, and facilitating communication between various stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Development, review, and negotiation of contract variations, programs, and services
  • Management and maintenance of comprehensive contract documentation
  • Professional liaison with Project Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Provision of advice to senior management regarding contractual matters
  • Oversight of contractor work with detailed reporting on variations
  • Analysis of project data and preparation of outcome reports
  • Coordination of office accommodation requirements
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Construction, Project Management, or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years' professional experience in contract administration or project coordination
  • Demonstrated organisational, communication, and negotiation capabilities
  • Proven ability to manage concurrent tasks and meet critical deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant project management applications
