About You:

• You have experience in technology law
• You have the ability to be involved and be able to advise on full spectrum technology projects/contracts
• You have experience drafting and negotiating technology contracts and engaging in negotiations
• You have the ability to be involved in activities from RFx through to negotiation and agreement of contract terms
• You have the ability to be involved in negotiations involving complex contractual frameworks and global vendors
• You are familiar with APRA standards relevant to third-party vendors
• You have the ability to hit the ground running and work closely with a fast paced team
• You have the ability to work autonomously and prioritise
• You have a minimum of 8 years' experience
• You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business
• You have a current practising certificate
• You have the right to live and work in Australia
