The RoleThe primary role is to support clients and candidates through the full recruitment cycle, building strong relationships, and matching talented professionals to roles across the resources industry. This position is flexible, with part-time, full-time, or job-share arrangements, and is particularly suited to mothers seeking school-time hours.

Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate records in the recruitment database and provide reporting as required.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.
- Experience in mining or resources recruitment is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work part-time, full-time, or in a job-share arrangement (school-time hours considered).
- Flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance.
