Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct credit assessments of high-risk sellers, including website analysis, non-delivery risk evaluation, and exposure calculations
  • Support both Risk Onboarding and Merchant Onboarding operations as business needs evolve
  • Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Strategy to optimise merchant processes
  • Build frameworks that enable principled risk-taking in new markets and products
  • Contribute to the creation and refinement of credit policies and operational structures
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and help implement strategic programs
  • Share knowledge and foster accountability within the team

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial banking, commercial credit, or the payments industry
  • Strong understanding of KYC, KYB, and merchant onboarding processes in ANZ
  • Proficiency in credit assessment and risk operations
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong internal and external communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders effectively
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a drive to improve processes and outcomes
