Trades & Services Cleaner Sydney Part-time

We are a large Facilities Management organization looking for an experienced Cleaning Operative for a position located in Macquarie Park NSW.

The ideal applicant will be well presented, proactive and able to work well on their own. They will also be able to use their initiative in their daily routine to provide services that are of a high standard.We look forward to welcoming motivated individuals who are dedicated to providing quality cleaning services.

Position available :

  • Part-Time Cleaner (Monday 2pm to 6pm & Thursday 7am to 11am)
  • 2 days a week

Daily duties will include but not be limited to

Cleaning room process, this involves setting up cleaning chemicals and equipment to clean walls, medical cabinets, benches, trolleys and floors.Remove any waste from process, i.e. chemicals containers, vials, or glass.Following strict security and OHS procedures.Reporting to your supervisor and / or duty manager

Applicants must have

Demonstrated work experience in a medical or pharmaceutical environment, either cleaning or assisting in manufacturing. Covid cleaning experience may be relevant.Strong communication skills, ability to understand and follow instructions.Ability to document process, i.e. filling out records of dilution of chemicals, cleaning logs and evidence of following processWillingness to wear full protective PPE (no breathing apparatus required)Ability to work independently alone when requiredUnderstanding of OHS practicesWell presented and ability to follow safety instructionsMust be able to pass an Australian National Police ClearanceDemonstrate Working Rights in Australia
