The centre focuses on individualized curriculum within the Early Years Learning Framework and uses platforms like Storypark to tailor programs to each child's needs, interests and strengths. The centre is a 33-place service and is committed to safety and high-quality practice.

• Develop and implement individualized learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Collaborate with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to enhance learning outcomes.
• Apply safety and inclusive practices to ensure every child thrives and feels valued.

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
