  4. Wide Bay–Burnett QLD (Fraser coast Bundaberg)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Manager

  1. Lead and promote a Zero Harm safety culture; identify and address safety risks, manage incidents, and ensure compliance with policies.
  2. Oversee multiple O&M projects, including client negotiations, financials, and deliverables; ensure compliance with company standards.
  3. Build and maintain strong client relationships, support business growth and project success.
  4. Lead, mentor, and develop project teams and subcontractors; manage project plans and monitor performance to meet key deliverables.

Site Manager

  1. Promote a Zero Harm safety culture, ensure adherence to safety requirements, oversee technicians and contractors for WHSE standards and performance KPIs, and maintain accurate documentation with timely incident reporting.
  2. Interface with clients, provide progress reports and required documentation, identify, negotiate, and manage local subcontractors and site consumables per commercial contracts.
  3. Coach and mentor team members to enhance technical knowledge and ensure competency for safe work practices.
  4. Oversee operational and technical aspects of projects, ensure delivery per O&M Service Contracts, and monitor plant systems' performance using SCADA and other systems.
  5. Develop and implement effective preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure plant reliability and maximize output.

Electrical Technician

  1. Perform routine and advanced maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical systems; diagnose and resolve complex issues, repairing or replacing faulty components as needed.
  2. Develop and implement maintenance SOPs, provide training, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
  3. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior technicians, collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations, and assist with the installation of new systems and equipment.
  4. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance.

Trade Assistant

  1. Support routine and advanced maintenance and inspections on electrical and mechanical systems and equipment; assist in the repair and replacement of faulty components and perform regular inspections to monitor performance.
  2. Coordinate spare parts and material use, ensuring correct stock count; manage vegetation control and panel cleaning using both powered and non-powered equipment.
  3. Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, inspections, and stock count; provide support for emergency maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolutions.
  4. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Mechanical Technician

  1. Perform routine and advanced maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting on mechanical systems and equipment; repair, replace components, and calibrate systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  2. Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections; collaborate across departments and respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
  3. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives; assist in developing maintenance procedures and training.
  4. Ensure compliance with safety standards.
