About the Role :

Our Senior College at The Gordon is seeking a reliable and well-organised Storeperson to support our VCE program on a casual basis. This role involves working in our workshop, gym, and kitchen areas, ensuring teachers, team members, and students have the necessary materials, equipment, and consumables available and maintained for smooth practical classes.

In this role, you :

  • Manage and issue resources, monitor stock levels, and maintain equipment
  • Ensure items are safely stored and prepared, in line with timetables and class needs
  • Work closely with the Senior College Operations Coordinator to develop and maintain apparatus supporting training activities

This is a casual, non-teaching role focused on providing practical resources to staff and students.

Employment Opportunity :

Casual as required

Salary : $37.70 per hour

Superannuation is paid at the current superannuation guarantee rate.

About You :

To succeed, you'll bring a proactive, can-do attitude and genuine motivation to support students and teachers. You will have :

  • Experience in ordering supplies and managing stock control
  • Familiarity with current Workplace Health and Safety regulations and the ability to apply them
  • Strong organisational skills and reliability in supporting daily operations
  • Experience in a workshop or worksite environment (desirable)
  • Fitness or experience in the gym industry (desirable)
  • Food handling skills (desirable)
