Overview

Responsibilities
  • Provide veterinary care to a diverse caseload under guidance from our Lead Veterinarian.
  • Support surgical and diagnostic procedures using on-site equipment (ultrasound, digital radiography, bronchoscopy).
  • Collaborate with a team of 2–3 veterinarians to ensure high standards of patient care and client communication.
  • Participate in the Graduate Academy program with mentoring and structured training to support career development.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: Starting at $80,000 per year.
  • Generous Regional Allowance: An additional $10,000, totalling $95,000 annually.
  • Retention Bonus: $10,000 at 24 months of service.
  • Accommodation Support: Rental subsidy for the first two years.
  • Work-Life Balance: No on-call shifts; one Saturday morning clinic per month; minimal hospital duties with generous remuneration.
