Pharmacist - Junior Partnership Opportunity

Salary: $60/ph negotiable

Location: East Gippsland

Client & Location Information:
This city is 3.5 hours west of Melbourne and the largest in the East Gippsland region. Situated on the Mitchell River, it's a popular holiday location due to its mild climate and natural attractions. This community pharmacy enjoys a strong customer base by focusing on building those relationships whilst providing holistic health solutions to the local community.

Job Specification:
This role is an opportunity for partnership, so enthusiasm and passion for growing the business is essential. As an experienced pharmacist with previous success in managing a small team, you will be expected to successfully mentor and lead a small team of dispense technicians, pharmacy assistants, and 2 other pharmacists. This pharmacy is well established and has a strong customer base, so your priority will be to grow the business alongside your main duties of forward dispensing scripts, assisting with the daily running of the dispensary, and promoting health-related services.

Skills Required:

  • Current registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven success at managing a team.

Salary & Benefits:
$60/ph plus super. Salary is negotiable at interview stage.
