The Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our team on the BHP Western Ridge Crusher Project near Newman, WA. You will oversee key electrical works and ensure the project\'s safety and quality standards are met.

Your Role And Responsibilities
  • Mentoring and managing your team of trades personnel and subcontractors.
  • Coordinating daily on-site operations and acting as the key link between the project and engineering teams.
  • Enforcing our strict safety, environmental, and quality standards on site.
  • Championing a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in the electrical industry.
  • Relevant electrical trade qualifications and certifications.
  • Section 26 or 44 training is essential.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A bonus if you hold a BHP Induction.
  • Ready to start immediately.
