We are a well-established, on-trend home décor and linen retailer with 72 stores across Australia. We focus on comfort and creating visually appealing spaces for customers, and we offer opportunities for career growth within the brand.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure store appearance aligns with the National Retail Merchandising Managers\' direction to create inviting and memorable customer spaces.
  • Collaborate with store leaders and regional managers to reflect brand merchandising guidelines.
  • Provide regular updates on new or updated merchandising directives and follow up with stores for imagery and execution confirmation.
  • Assist stores in preparing for seasonal changes in volume and product ranges.
  • Coach and mentor team members to ensure store consistency with merchandising briefs and standards (in-store and virtual).
  • Maintain high store presentation and use downtime to restock, tidy, or re-merchandise displays.
  • Provide in-store styling advice and assist customers with color, textures, spacing, and related guidance.
  • Develop product knowledge to maximize sales and advise on product combinations that bring styling visions to life.
  • Occasional regional travel and overnight stays.
  • Assist with inventory placement and merchandising for new store setups.
Qualifications / About You
  • Experience in a customer-centric retail environment with exposure to visual merchandising and customer service.
  • Ability to create spaces in line with seasonal product ranges and directives that inspire customer engagement.
  • Ability to improvise with displays when product availability is limited without compromising brand guidelines.
  • Approachable and positive attitude toward customers and peers.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly creative with a keen eye for detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to energise others.
  • Personable, confident, and able to build interpersonal relationships with customers and colleagues.
