Overview

Warehouse Associate- 4PM-12AM (3 Month Seasonal Contract)

Responsibilities
  • You will report to the Distribution Centre Warehouse Operations Supervisor.
  • You pick, pack and ship orders in a timely manner as assigned by management.
  • You meet or exceed engineered metrics within each department, e.g., units picked per hour.
  • You are capable of adapting to third party technologies (RF Guns and Voice Picking).
  • You support and perform audits during inventory counts.
  • You encourage and maintain a safe work environment.
  • You will be responsible for basic operation of computer systems and stock counters.
  • You encourage and foster a spirit of personal development and entrepreneurship.
  • You keep the warehouse neat and organized at all times, and adhere to warehouse floor policies and safety measures.
  • You are adaptable to a busy, noisy and occasionally hot/cold environment.
  • You lift product or boxes up to 15kgs and occasionally up to 20kgs.
  • You complete other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications / Skills
  • You have the ability to communicate clearly and objectively, aiding the success of the team.
  • You have strong organizational, prioritising, problem solving and counting skills.
  • You are detail oriented.
  • You are physically fit and able to perform manual duties regularly.
