Job Description

We are expanding our senior clinical team and seek an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide clinical support to our clinicians.

The successful candidate can be based at any of our four locations—Campbelltown, Bowral, Goulburn, or Aspley—and will spend at least 2-3 days per week in clinic, depending on whether they are full-time or part-time. Travel between our locations to support team members is required.

Work from home options are available.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing an allocated caseload and delivering therapeutic services promptly
  • Assessing clients' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functioning through observations and assessments
  • Interpreting findings to set personalized treatment goals
  • Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  • Supporting environmental adaptations at home, school, work, or residential facilities
  • Recommending assistive technology to enhance independence

About You
  • Extensive experience as an Occupational Therapist, ideally with diverse clients
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Passion for working in the disability sector
Qualifications
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current full registration with AHPRA
