Store Person responsibilities and duties in a warehouse setting with emphasis on safety, accurate picking, packing and dispatching of stock orders.

Overview

Our Store Persons put safety first and proactively maintain a presentable and safe warehouse environment. They are responsible for accurately picking, packing, and dispatching stock orders in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch orders
  • Meet deadlines and maintain accuracy
  • Provide customer service as required
  • Assist the team where needed
  • Storeroom organisation and safety
  • Contribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first and ensuring a safe work environment

Note: This role requires lifting, bending, climbing and safe driving / machine operation.

Who We're Looking For
  • Previous warehouse experience with a focus on receivables and dispatching
  • High level of accuracy / attention to detail
  • A current driver's licence and forklift licence (advantageous)
  • Physical capacity to lift up to 20kg
  • Commitment to safety and building strong working relationships
  • Willing to learn
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Passion to be the best and continually raise the standard
