You will join one of the AI Product Engineering teams within the Small Business and Growth Division, responsible for delivering key AI initiatives. You will manage a team of engineers, promote excellent engineering and delivery practices, and foster a high-performance engineering culture.

Your responsibilities include supporting your team's growth, ensuring high-quality software delivery, maintaining a sustainable working environment, and monitoring operational health to ensure resilience.

What you'll do:

  • Lead, develop, and grow a high-performing team through effective hiring, coaching, mentoring, and setting clear strategic directions.
  • Drive continuous improvement by reviewing and implementing best practices.
  • Ensure a predictable and sustainable delivery pipeline, addressing blockers proactively.
  • Establish and maintain effective delivery systems, including estimates, forecasting, and capacity planning.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering peers to develop roadmaps that deliver business outcomes.
  • Stay updated on relevant engineering technologies and practices.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience managing software delivery and engineering teams using Lean-Agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of modern software delivery practices and SDLC.
  • Proven ability to drive initiatives to successful completion.
  • Comfort in dynamic environments and guiding teams through ambiguity.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring engineering teams.
  • No prior AI product experience required, but a strong interest in building AI products is essential.
