Overview

We are inviting Expressions of Interest from motivated individuals eager to start or continue an apprenticeship in either the Electrical or Mechanical trade. This is an Expression of Interest (not a current open hire) and submissions will be reviewed when apprenticeship opportunities become available.

Dematic is inviting Expressions of Interest from motivated individuals eager to start or continue an apprenticeship in either the Electrical or Mechanical trade. You'll join a cutting-edge team shaping the future of warehouse automation in Australia and beyond.

Who We're Looking For
  • Year 12 school leavers looking to begin a Year 1 Apprenticeship
  • Mature-age candidates seeking a fresh career start or trade change
  • Current apprentices (1st to 4th year) considering transferring your apprenticeship to a new employer

By submitting your interest, you'll be considered for upcoming opportunities as they become available.

Available Apprenticeship Streams
  • Electrical – Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician
  • Mechanical – Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade

Upon completion, you'll be a fully qualified tradesperson with hands-on experience in advanced industrial environments and access to long-term career pathways, such as:

  • Field Service Technician
  • On-site Maintenance Technician
  • Controls or Electrical Engineer
  • Project Site Supervisor
