Responsibilities
  • Delivering exceptional service
  • Outfitting, upselling and on-selling our product range, including regularly discussing features, benefits and sustainability
  • Effectively processing transactions (purchases, gift vouchers and returns)
  • Maintaining a pristine in-store environment including cleaning, organising, restocking, pricing and visual merchandising
  • Living and breathing ELK as a true brand ambassador
