About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic welder to join our manufacturing team at Wetherill Park due to ongoing growth. The role primarily involves fabricating custom-designed aluminium and stainless-steel products and structures used in height safety access systems.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings to fabricate structures according to standards.
  • Setting up components and welding as per specifications.
  • Using hand tools and workshop machinery such as bandsaws, bench drills, linishers, and angle grinders safely.
  • Welding components in various positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead).

About You :

  • Proven knowledge and experience in MIG / TIG welding.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a trade-qualified Welder Fabricator.
  • Ability to weld aluminium and stainless-steel components.
  • High-quality workmanship with attention to detail.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in compliance with WHS / EMS and regulatory standards.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to meet RIS business needs, including tight deadlines and supporting overtime when required.
  • Valid Australian driver's license and own transport.
  • Applicants requiring sponsorship cannot be considered.
