Project Manager – Engineering – Full-Time

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of engineering projects including budget, schedule, quality, and deliverables
  • Develop project schedules with payment milestones and maintain project documentation
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, engineers, contractors, and suppliers
  • Coordinate vendor information to assist in system design and resolve field issues
  • Some travel to plant sites required for training, measurements, and installation
  • Participate on Product Teams to improve company products

The Position
  • Lead project schedules, submittals, approvals, and client communications
  • Oversee project documentation and maintain proper archival records
  • Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and engineering standards
  • Support design, field service, and installation teams as needed
The Detail
  • 5+ years of project management and engineering experience
  • Strong mechanical engineering background and proficiency with SolidWorks and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Project Management software and ERP systems (Epicor a plus)
  • Knowledge of fabrication processes, rotating equipment design, and material handling systems preferred
