We are now the leading provider of agency nurses and PCAs to residential aged care in Hobart & Launceston.

Inspired by the legacy of Dr. Christiaan Barnard, the pioneer of heart transplants, we are a Boutique Nursing Agency specializing in aged care. We are growing and expanding, maintaining a warm "boutique" feel—you'll never be 'just a number' as part of the CBH family. Originally, we provided staff across Melbourne and Victoria.

Now established in Hobart and Launceston, we are excited to expand into Burnie, Ulverstone & Devonport. We can't wait to meet YOU

How do we work?

After applying and a successful interview (a "meet & greet"), you gain access to our system to enter and update your availability and find shifts that fit your lifestyle.

Interested? Here's what's required:
  • Qualifications in Aged Care + 6 months experience
  • 2025 Flu vaccination
  • COVID-19 vaccination certificate (Australian Government)
  • Current National Police Check (not older than 18 months)
  • WWVP/NDIS Clearance
  • Current driver's license or reliable transport
  • Excellent people skills—rapport-building with facilities and residents while representing CBH
