  • Monday to Friday business hours | Casual award rates $33.38 p/hour + Superannuation

About the role:

We are currently recruiting an all-rounder to assist with the operations of our CROSSMARK warehouse. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be involved with inventory management - picking and packing with RF scanners, receiving, and managing stock, participating in cycle counts and stocktakes, managing a clean and safe working environment to comply with OH&S and any other duties as required. This can be a physically demanding role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking and packing of orders
  • Loading and unloading containers and trucks
  • Receiving and put away stock
  • Ensuring that stock variance is kept to a minimum
  • Participate in cycle count and stocktake
  • Maintaining a clean and unencumbered warehouse space
  • Comply with all OH&S policies and procedures throughout the warehouse
  • Any other duties as required

The ideal candidate will project a dynamic, outgoing, and enthusiastic attitude, that enhances our own corporate values. Plus, the following skillset and attributes:
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management skills/ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • The ability to operate effectively with sharp attention to detail
  • Can work flexible days and hours Monday - Friday
  • Reliable transport/car to and from work
  • Prior warehouse experience including using an RF scanner essential
  • Police check, required
  • High Risk Work Licence - Forklift, desired but not essential
