Electrical Service Technician

Electrical Service Technician – Wollongong. R&D Technology is an Australian-owned company specialising in electrical and mechanical products and services. We're part of the Colterlec Group, a national business with a strong reputation in power, automation and critical infrastructure. The role is based in Wollongong with travel to Illawarra and surrounding regions.
Responsibilities- Install, service, commission and repair of core products: Variable Speed Drives, Uninterruptible Power Supplies, DC Systems, Power Factor Correction Units
- Travel within Wollongong, Illawarra and surrounding regions; some travel into Sydney and Western NSW
- Occasional overtime and breakdown work as required
- Electrical trade qualification
- Cert IV or Engineering Diploma (preferred but not essential)
- Current driver's licence
- Experience in industrial or mining environments
- Strong safety mindset
- Good computer skills
- Problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with one or more core products is highly regarded; full OEM and in-house training will be provided
- 4 weeks annual leave
