THE ROLE

Account Management

As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping impactful campaigns, PR strategies, and content calendars that drive client success. You'll lead the creation of PR and social media plans, securing senior approval and delivering results. With a focus on maintaining strong media and influencer relationships, managing event logistics, and producing top-tier content, you'll help bring brand stories to life. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all materials are accurate and high-quality, while collaborating with a dynamic team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Media and Influencer Management
  • Build and nurture strong media and influencer relationships
  • Secure media and influencer appointments to expand outreach opportunities
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of key contacts
Client Service
  • Gain a deep understanding of clients' brands and PR goals, offering creative solutions, including social media and marketing partnerships
  • Take ownership of client communications, responding promptly to requests and ensuring effective delegation within the team
  • Focus on building and maintaining positive, long-term client relationships
Team Management
  • Guide and support junior team members to ensure high-quality work is delivered on time
  • Help plan tasks and mentor team members in media management, client handling, and financials
  • Provide constructive feedback and keep senior leads informed on account progress
  • Assist in new business proposals and meetings
  • Understand financial aspects like timesheets, budgets, and over-servicing
  • Look for opportunities to grow existing accounts and drive case-study creation
