About the Role

Day Shift Roster - Tuesday to Saturday, 6am to 4pm or finish

Night Shift Roster - Rolling roster 4 on, 4 off - 6pm to 6am or finish

Supervise, train and mentor a small team of forklift operators

Assist with allocating freight, plan and manage staff workloads

Assist with unloading/loading inbound and outbound freight in fridge vans, trailers and taut liners

Follow company procedures for storage, temperature, and inventory controls

Keep records in accordance with Quality Assurance procedures

Pre-requisites

Current Driver's Licence

Prior Team Leader/Supervisory experience

Experience working in cold storage (highly regarded)

Use of Microsoft Suite software (emails/correspondence)

Sound verbal and written communication skills

Ability to follow instructions
