The Position

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Power Platform Team Lead – Business Analyst to join our Information Systems team at our Perth head office, located near the airport.

This is a full-time, permanent role offering the opportunity to lead a high-performing team and drive digital transformation across the business.

Duties

  • Lead and manage the Power Platform team through all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and validate business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical documentation and specifications.
  • Facilitate workshops and lead business process modelling and data analysis.
  • Support solution design to ensure alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding.
  • Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and testing of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Mentor and coach junior business analysts.

Requirements

Proven experience managing a team of software developers and business analysts.Strong skills in process mapping, business process documentation, and stakeholder engagement.Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation initiatives.Expertise in requirement gathering and management using tools such as Azure DevOps.Solid understanding of Microsoft Power Platform and aligning low-code / no-code solutions to business needs.Familiarity with SQL, Dataverse, and relational database concepts.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
