This highly regarded and well-established self-licensed advice firm based in the North West of Sydney is known for putting their clients' needs and goals at the heart of their business, allowing them to develop a solid and loyal client base. They are recognized for providing outstanding holistic financial advice to a wide range of clients. Due to recent growth, the team is looking for an experienced Financial Planner to join the company's journey and play a key part in their long-term success.

About the role

In this Financial Planner role, you will be responsible for providing strategic holistic advice to both new and existing clients, including parents, wealth accumulators, and high net worth individuals. You will build strong relationships with accounting firms and mortgage brokers who work closely with the business as referral partners, providing them with warm leads. You will have full paraplanning and administrative support, allowing you to focus on developing the client base and strengthening client relationships.

This role is suitable for an experienced Financial Planner with a strong commercial acumen and a vested interest in growing the business over the long term, treating this opportunity as their own business.

Demonstrated skills

  • Extensive experience working as a Financial Planner (AR)
  • Strong strategic and business mindset
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Good understanding of compliance frameworks in the advice industry
  • FASEA education requirements
