We are on an exciting transformational journey to drive significant growth, and to support this, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced DC/Warehouse Manager to lead our Brisbane distribution centre operations.
Your Role:
Reporting to the National Fulfillment Manager, you'll take charge of the Brisbane DC. Overseeing day-to-day operations across inbound, pick/pack, dispatch, inventory, and team performance. But this isn't just about running a floor. You'll be building culture, driving standards, and tightening up processes in a site that's serious about benchmarking.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations:
o Oversee all daily warehouse functions including unloading, put away, replenishment, pick/pack, dispatch, and transport to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
o Monitor key metrics (DIFOT, error rates, productivity) and lead daily actions to reach targets
o Drive improvements in layout, flow, and material handling to speed up processing times, reduce touch points, and maximise capacity
o Improve warehouse layout, processes, and systems to boost operational efficiency and compliance
People Management:
o Build and maintain a high performing team culture built on trust, accountability, and clear expectations
o Provide consistence coaching one-on-one development, and hands on training to upskill team members and lift capability
o Own labour planning by flexing the team across functions to meet daily volumes and minimise downtime and over-resourcing
Inventory Control
o Maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and system updates
o Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
o Work closely with sales, workshop, and purchasing teams to meet demand, resolve issues, and support business goals
o Proactively communicate warehouse capacity, constraints, and priorities to ensure alignment across departments and avoid downstream impacts
About You:
5+ years' warehouse/DC management experience (ideally in fast-moving complex environment)
Proven leadership and experience in building high-performing teams
Strong systems knowledge (PRONTO experience ideal)
Forklift and valid driver's licence
Cert III in Warehousing or similar qualifications
