While residents live independently, they may require occasional support from the care team to maintain their health and wellbeing.

• Deliver professional care and support to residents in the small care unit.
• Provide nurturing and compassionate care to our independent living residents.
• Work with the care team to monitor resident wellbeing and respond to care needs in a timely and professional manner.

• Experience in elder care or community care settings; relevant certifications as applicable.
• Ability to provide respectful, person-centred care and strong communication with residents, families, and team members.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a small, collaborative care team.
