About The RoleAs the Deputy Principal, this leadership opportunity focuses on improving student outcomes, enhancing teaching and learning quality, and fostering positive relationships with students, staff, families, and the community. A key aspect includes promoting inclusion and supporting students with disabilities.
Your Responsibilities- Assist the Principal in leading the school community to develop and commit to a shared educational vision focused on quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Deputise for the Principal when required.
- Uphold the deputy principalship as a values-based, ethical, and moral activity.
- Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
- Set high standards for student and staff performance.
