About The Role

  • Provide strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching to production staff, creating a high-performance culture.
  • Maintain site profitability by preparing and analysing P&Ls, budgets, job costings, KPIs, and management reports using available tools.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions with clients and work providers on a regular basis.
  • Oversee accurate quoting, quality assurance inspections, and ensure vehicles are restored to their pre-accident condition.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Workplace Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
