Job OverviewWe are seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the #GhandaGang in Launceston, TAS

Ghanda Clothing, founded in Torquay, VIC, is a leading Australian-owned apparel brand with over 100 stores nationwide, committed to high-quality, affordable garments.
Responsibilities- Leading, coaching, and training a team of up to 20 members
- Driving company values within your team
- Maintaining store presentation and visual standards
- Managing stock levels in collaboration with your Stock Allocator
- Preparing sales reports, store rosters, and ensuring compliance
- Proven leadership experience, inspiring and empowering teams
- Customer-focused with strong retail fundamentals
- Experience in retail or hospitality preferred but attitude is valued most
