We are seeking a skilled and reliable Painter / Handyman to join our maintenance team, servicing multiple locations across Victoria - Metro and Regional. This is a hands-on role requiring both independent work and teamwork across a range of residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform site preparation, property repairs, and general maintenance tasks
• Carry out interior and exterior painting, including surface preparation and application of paints, sealers, and solvents
• Complete minor plastering, patching, caulking, and other handyman repairs
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment in line with WHS standards
• Attend client sites as scheduled and complete required documentation, including photos and service reports
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and report issues promptly
• Provide accurate quotes for minor maintenance and painting works when required
• Liaise professionally with clients and site contacts to ensure clear communication and minimal disruption
• Safely operate tools, ladders, and access equipment in compliance with safety regulations and site protocols
  
  

Skills & Experience

• Trade qualification (preferred), or strong hands-on experience in painting or general maintenance
• Previous experience working on residential or commercial maintenance projects
• Excellent attention to detail and finishing skills
• Sound knowledge of WHS practices and safe work procedures
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Comfortable using mobile technology or apps for job tracking and reporting
  
  

Minimum Criteria

• Valid Driver's Licence (mandatory)
• Police Check and Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
• First Aid, Working at Heights, and EWP Licence (preferred)
• Ability to obtain high-security clearances if required
• COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations or willingness to comply with health requirements
