We are looking for a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join the ResourceCo team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business needs, and support the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Your expertise will help align business processes with system capabilities, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Gather, document, and analyse business requirements related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Support system configuration, customisation, and integration to meet business needs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and scalability.
  • Assist in system implementation projects, ensuring deliverables are met within timelines and budgets.
  • Provide user support and training to maximise system adoption and effectiveness.
  • Assist with system testing and quality assurance, including user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to optimise system performance and usability.
  • Act as the link between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.

About You:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in CRM, finance, sales, inventory management, and supply chain.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into system requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, or reporting tools is an advantage.
  • A degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central or industry-specific experience (e.g., waste/recycling) would be beneficial.
