What You'll Be Doing
  • Encouraging customers in shopping centres to check their hearing health through a free 5-minute hearing assessment.
  • Building rapport with new customers and strengthening relationships with existing ones.
  • Explaining hearing test results and advising on next steps.
  • Reconnecting with previous customers and new leads via phone.
  • Managing customer databases, stock control, and invoicing.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry reporting requirements with high attention to detail.
  • Contributing to store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Supporting the Store Manager in motivating retail associates to deliver outstanding customer service.
What We Are Looking For
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or administration is preferred.
  • A proactive, 'can-do' attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Outgoing and vibrant personality comfortable engaging with customers.
  • Keen to learn and grow into a future leadership role.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and late nights.
