Student Marketeer

Our Student Marketeers are the face of the RedBull brand and are our product ambassadors both on & off campus. The role involves approaching consumers to drive positive product trial, raise awareness, and help establish RedBull consumption in different moments of need. They support our sales teams through sales drives, merchandising and other sales support activities, and work at RedBull events to help ensure an unforgettable consumer experience with the brand. They act as the eyes and ears on the ground, listening to how consumers perceive our brand and product and sharing insights with the broader business to support future ideas and opportunities.
ResponsibilitiesAreas that play to your strengths
- Live and breathe the brand personality traits and company values, representing the brand in a premium way through everyday interactions with consumers or customers. Grow our user base by inviting positive trial and awareness of RedBull through sampling and bringing the brand to life amongst students.
- Build relationships with local sales account managers to ensure RedBull is available and visible on and around campus. Collaborate with our sales teams to open new distribution points for RedBull and leverage relevant assets to keep us top of mind with everyday consumers.
- Demonstrate attention to detail in all areas of the role to deliver executional excellence. Share ideas and collaborate with the team in person and online. Plan activities, report in a timely manner, and provide local insights, trends and opportunities to the wider RedBull business.
- Naturally organised, high attention to detail, and comfortable working alone and in a team
- A valid and full driver's license is required
- Proficient in written and verbal English
- Travel 20-30%
