About the role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Hairstylist to join our dynamic team at Hairworld Fountain Gate in Narre Warren, VIC. As a casual Senior Hairstylist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hair services to our valued clients and contributing to the overall success of our salon.

What you'll be doing

• Providing high-quality haircuts, styling, colouring, and other hair services to clients
• Offering personalised hair consultations and recommendations to ensure client satisfaction
• Maintaining an organised and clean workstation to provide a professional and welcoming salon environment
• Collaborating with the salon team to share knowledge, best practices, and support each other's professional development
• Actively participating in salon promotions, events, and continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Hairstylist in a reputable salon environment
• Strong technical skills in cutting, styling, colouring, and other advanced hair services
• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients
• Passion for the latest hair trends and a commitment to ongoing professional development
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute to a positive salon culture
