Social Media Manager

3 Phase Marketing is on the lookout for a hands-on and creative Social Media Manager to take full ownership of organic social content across a high volume of client pages.
In this full-time role, you'll be the sole manager of 25+ client social media accounts—writing copy, designing posts in Canva, scheduling content, and managing community engagement across Facebook and Instagram. You'll also communicate directly with clients to request content, share updates, get approvals, and proactively improve their organic presence.
You'll need to be a confident communicator, a self-starter, and someone who loves the challenge of running multiple brand voices at once. There's no team behind you for this role—you are the social team—so you'll need to be organised, fast, and full of ideas.

Main duties and responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Own and manage a portfolio of 25+ client social media pages independently
- Create all social media content yourself (copywriting, image design via Canva, and basic animation where needed)
- Plan and schedule organic content calendars across Facebook and Instagram
- Manage community engagement—respond to comments, DMs, reviews, and escalate when needed
- Track performance metrics and make monthly recommendations for improvements
- Research and stay across emerging platform trends and opportunities for clients
Client Communication & Relationship Management:
- Be the key point of contact for all your clients' social media queries and needs
- Proactively reach out to clients for content ideas, feedback, and approvals
- Present monthly plans and post calendars for client sign-off
- Offer strategic recommendations for improving organic engagement and brand presence
- Manage all client interactions with clarity, confidence, and consistency

- Clear, proactive communicator—comfortable dealing directly with clients
- Results-focused with a basic understanding of social metrics
- Takes ownership and pride in delivering high-quality work
- Passionate about helping clients grow through great content
