About the role

In this busy role, you will:

  • Ensure a clean, hygienic, and safe environment for our residents
  • Be a valued team member delivering high standards of cleanliness and safety, positively impacting the home's presentation and service
  • Join a dedicated team of aged care professionals committed to enriching residents' lives

You will be a team player who:

  • Has excellent attention to detail, with a focus on health and hygiene standards, and a commitment to Work, Health, and Safety principles
  • Is positive, warm, empathetic, and approaches work with a can-do attitude
  • Implements and manages hygiene maintenance systems, including audits and site inspections, to support operational excellence
