MACA is seeking experienced Auto Electricians to join our maintenance team at the Miralga Creek project.

The Miralga Creek Project, owned by Atlas Iron, is located approximately 100km from the Utah Point stockyard at Port Hedland, with a production capacity of 1.9Mtpa.

The fleet on this project includes Komatsu 1250 excavators, 785-7 trucks, Cat dozers, Cat graders, and T45 drills. Light vehicles include Toyota Hilux, Landcruiser, Hiace bus, and Isuzu small trucks.

Qualifications & Skills Needed
  • Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology
  • Air Conditioning Ticket
  • Experience working on heavy mobile mining equipment such as CAT, Komatsu, Epiroc, etc.
  • Ability to perform preventative maintenance, scheduled inspections, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairs on heavy mobile plant equipment.
  • HR Drivers Licence (preferred)
  • Motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of work health & safety procedures and policies
