About Your Role: As an Enrolled Nurse in our Mental Health Recovery Unit, you will support consumers through structured activities and programs, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide quality clinical services.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Complete mental state and risk assessments
  • Provide hands-on care, including assisting with personal hygiene, administering medications (within scope), monitoring vital signs, and observing changes in condition
  • Ensure all actions are within the scope of practice for ENs, as outlined by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team
  • Provide psychoeducation modules, either as a group facilitator or co-facilitator
