For over 40 years, we've been helping Aussies sleep better and we are seeking a passionate and savvy State Manager to lead franchise performance, unlock growth, and make a serious business impact in our Western Australian and South Australian stores.

What You'll Be Doing

This is no desk-bound gig – you'll be out in the field partnering with franchisees to turn insights into action, and action into results. You will:

  • Analyse performance – diving into P&Ls, KPIs and sales trends to craft targeted growth strategies.
  • Be the engine behind revenue growth, coaching franchisees to boost sales, lift margins, and drive long-term success.
  • Embed performance frameworks and benchmarking tools that help store teams hit (and exceed) their goals.
  • Collaborate on regional business development and promotional initiatives that connect with local markets and customers.
  • Coach, support and challenge our store owners to be the best in the business – while keeping the brand vibe strong and consistent.

What We're Looking For

We're chasing a commercially sharp, people-savvy leader who:

  • Has 5+ years' experience in retail or franchise operations (multi-site or state-level a bonus).
  • Is fluent in financials, sales metrics and strategic planning – and knows how to turn them into growth.
  • Loves coaching and consulting with business owners, building trust while pushing for performance.
  • Has that rare combo of structure and hustle – someone who can guide with a steady hand but move fast when opportunity knocks.
  • Is a team player who's ready to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, sales or marketing? Even better. But we'll take real-world experience and impact over buzzwords any day.
