About the role

We are seeking a full-time Van Delivery Driver to join our growing team at Elements Group in Sydney. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe delivery of goods from our Production House to 5 venues located in the Sydney area. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Our Venues:

  • Elements Bar and Grill Pyrmont – One of Sydney's best steakhouses, featuring a 180-seat venue with a bar and private spaces.
  • Elements Bar and Grill Haberfield – A 70-seat table service and bar.
  • Elements Smokehouse Darlinghurst – A 90-seat table service and bar.
  • Elements Brasserie Belmore – Serving breakfast, lunch, and catering options.
  • Kebab Factory Belmore – Serving kebabs and Mediterranean-inspired dishes.
  • The Bay View – Our latest venture, part of our expanding portfolio.

What you'll be doing

  • Operate the company van safely to transport food and groceries between the Production House and venues.
  • Load and unload the van efficiently and organized.
  • Keep accurate records of deliveries and report issues.
  • Follow traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Assist with warehousing and logistics tasks as needed.

What we're looking for

  • A valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience as a delivery driver or similar role.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Physically fit to lift and move heavy items.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellent service.

Job Details

  • Type: Full-time, 40 hours/week, with overtime opportunities.
  • Locations: Belmore, Pyrmont, Darlinghurst, Haberfield, Walsh Bay.
  • Schedule: Monday to Sunday, flexible hours.
  • Work Authorization: Australian rights to work.
