We're actively pursuing projects in Solar, BESS, Wind, hybrid fossil fuel generation, hydrogen, and ammonia.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Construction Manager - Civil is responsible for the direction and control of all construction activities on New Energy projects to ensure the achievement of the Company's profit objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control site construction activities to ensure standards of quality, cost, safety, and performance are observed and schedules are met.
  • Plan and stage construction works, including new works.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, commercial, quality, material handling, and logistics functions to facilitate immediate construction activities on site.
  • Ensure sufficient resources (equipment and personnel) are available for safe project delivery.
  • Monitor physical and financial progress of work.
Skills and Experience:
  • Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering with relevant experience.
  • Extensive experience in construction, especially in Renewable or Utilities projects.
  • Construction Card and valid driver's license.
  • Relevant construction tickets and safety certifications.
  • Knowledge of OHS and Environmental legislation, Codes of Practice, and Standards applicable to construction.
