Our Pool Shop in Fairy Meadow provides complimentary digital water testing, as well as supplying a range of pool equipment including chlorinators, filters, pumps, chemicals, cleaners, parts, etc including repairs. We also provide on-site pool services, installation and maintenance.

This is an exciting time to join us as we build something special - whether you have customer service experience, experienced in the industry or have a desire to learn, we're looking for a retail assistant who is passionate about their work, committed to providing exceptional customer service, and is honest and reliable.

This is a long term position, with the opportunity for fulltime employment.

Your duties may include;

  • Customer Service - assisting with enquiries and providing accurate advice
  • Pool water testing - providing recommendations and solutions
  • Ensuring the store is presentable, stocked and organised
  • Assisting with purchase orders, invoicing, stocktake and general support

You'll thrive in this role if you have;
  • Retail or Customer Service experience (pool shop knowledge is an advantage, but not essential)
  • Reliable, great attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail & time management
  • Computer skills - point of sale & basic accounting software (Xero)
  • Work well in a team environment, easy-going, with a solid work ethic.
