We\'re looking for a passionate retail leader who brings 3+ years of retail management experience with proven leadership skills with a strong ability to coach and develop team members. You will excel in driving sales and business growth with your outstanding organizational and time management capabilities. You will have a keen interest in the beauty industry which will be evident in your interactions with customers. Previous beauty industry experience is a plus, but your leadership abilities and willingness to learn are most important.
