Are you passionate about beauty and enjoy making people feel and look good? We are seeking Retail Assistants (Summer Hosts) to support our New South Wales stores during the busy holiday season.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build authentic connections with customers.

Support the team on the sales floor during the holiday period and adapt as needed.

  • Work effectively with the team to ensure the store operates safely, efficiently, and enjoyably.

Success in this role looks like:

Consistently providing outstanding experiences for customers.

Having strong product knowledge of MECCA's key brands and products.

Showing a commitment to continuous learning and growth.

Working safely and effectively as part of the team to ensure smooth store operations.

Uphold the MECCA values.

We anticipate offering shifts from late October 2025 to mid-January 2026, subject to business needs and your availability.
