We're seeking an experienced, self-directed Occupational Therapist who can run an independent, mobile caseload of NDIS participants and help shape our service as we scale.

The package

Part-time (3 days) with pathway to full-time | Bibra Lake & Perth metro

We're seeking an experienced, self-directed Occupational Therapist who can run an independent, mobile caseload of NDIS participants and help shape our service as we scale.

The package
  • A $85 000 – A $105 000 + super (pro-rata for three days, with scope to move to full-time as your caseload builds)
  • Full kilometre reimbursement, plus laptop & work phone supplied
  • Regular one-to-one supervision and peer mentoring
  • Professional development budget on request—tell us what you need and we'll back you
  • Flexible diary: community visits + remote admin days; you control your schedule
What you'll do
  • Deliver evidence-based OT assessments and interventions to NDIS participants of all ages
  • Complete Functional Capacity / Comprehensive Capacity Assessments (FCA / FCCA) and Supported Independent Living (SIL) reports to NDIS standards
  • (Preferred) Prepare Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) reports when required
  • (Preferred) Recommend assistive technology and home/environmental modifications
  • Coach families, carers and support teams so strategies stick in everyday routines
  • Collaborate with psychologists, behaviour support practitioners, schools and coordinators for holistic outcomes
  • Keep timely, high-quality clinical documentation that meets best-practice and NDIS requirements
What you'll bring
  • AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist with 1 to 2 years in community or NDIS practice experience
  • Demonstrated experience writing FCA/FCCA and SIL reports; SDA and AT skills highly regarded but not essential
  • Confidence to work independently, juggle a mobile caseload and meet deadlines without hand-holding
  • Strong clinical reasoning, excellent report-writing and first-rate communication skills
  • WA driver's licence and a reliable hybrid/economical vehicle for metro travel
  • Current (or willingness to obtain) WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Check
