About the Role

As a Console Operator, you will focus on delivering excellent customer experiences and maintaining a clean, stocked, and welcoming store environment. This fast-paced role requires multitasking and effective time management. At OTR, we pride ourselves on our diverse food offerings and premium barista coffee.

About You & Your Skills

• You excel in providing outstanding customer service.
• You are comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• You are able to stand for long periods and may need to lift or reach moderately to heavily.
• You are available to work flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings, and weekends.
• You are willing to learn about and promote our range of products and specials.
